Welcome Sony Mobile Communications !

Sony has bought part of Ericsson joint venture, and then announced that it will change the brand name. Now officially know that this company in the future will be called Sony Mobile Communications.
In its official statement from the company stated that they want to integrate work with mobile phones and make the povitalni elements.

The move announced on 27 October last year and has recently been approved by regulatory actions. The amount for which Sony bought part of the company is 1.47 billion dollars.

Sony this year's CES has demonstrated a model that this year will come to market under a new brand, Sony Xperia S.
